# Conversion from quotation to PO

# Sales Lead and Enquiry Generation, Feasibility check, Cost sheet, Quotation, follow up

# Should work monthly target sales , closing sales every month , (achieving sales targets) .

Required qualification

# Preferable Engineering graduate or diploma

# Preferable Married with Kids

# Live in PCMC area

# Age 28 to 40

Required experience

7-10 years selling experience.

Responsibilities

Strong follow up with client to convert quotation into P.O. or closing meeting for sales front  Responsible for sales follow up = opening – follow up – closing stages Generate Leads, Enquiry, Feasibility check, Cost sheet, Quotation, follow up Coordinate with Sales front team, Client and Internal department Arrange meeting with Architects, PMC, Contractors, End client weekly.  Create and present all required sales reports – weekly / monthly
Co-ordinate with Digital marketing team and strong follow up for SEO and Google Add words to generate max enquiries
Maintain records of leads and enquiries generated
Inform competitor movements and assist competitor analysis
Generate detail Order loss analysis report
Co-ordinate with immediate supervisor and with the team for smooth flow of information
Follow up for accounts receivables
Maintain cost discipline
